Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States. Standard shipping usually takes 4-5 business days to arrive. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $10 for shipping.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order to arrive sooner, we offer expedited shipping options for an additional charge. Depending on your location, expedited shipping can take 2-3 business days to arrive. The cost of expedited shipping varies based on the weight of your order and your location.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries for an additional charge. International shipping can take 7-21 business days to arrive depending on your location. The cost of international shipping varies based on the weight of your order and your location.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a delay in processing.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Return/Exchange Policy: At this time, MAWB Systems does not accept returns. We will only accept exchanges, and all exchange requests must be approved prior to sending any item back. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us before committing to a return. Any items sent back without prior authorization will NOT be accepted.

Exchange Guidelines

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability; we will do our best to accommodate your exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To start an exchange, please contact us at support@mawbsystems.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. Once approved, you’ll receive further instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
